DANA Residential Complex
Description: The objective of this project is to design of 25 stories towers, Dana residential complex which contains the full scope of consultant & structural work. The most proper structural system has been chosen for this structure :
- Concrete moment frame (in both direction)
- Mat Foundation with pile with eccentricity
- Pre stressing concrete slabs
- Concrete column with square shape
- Beams: Pre stressing concrete beam
- Concrete Shear walls for resisting against lateral forces
The project has different designers however at the end stage Co. obliged to complete the project.
Mr. Mussa Abir was the main basic designer.
